T-Ball

Take me out to the ballgame..... It's baseball season, or in our case, T-ball season. The kids missed the first couple of weeks of baseball while we were in the States, but we are in full swing now! Between the two kids we go to baseball four times a week - they have a practice night and a game night each week. It is so fun to watch them and can be quite funny at times. It's nice for the kids to get away and be on a sports team.

Here is Katriana playing in the outfield - ready to grab any ball that comes her way.

Two Wheels

It has been a very long time since I have blogged! We had a great two weeks in the States visiting our families and doing other fun things. Our vacation went by very quickly, but it was so great to see everyone. Thank goodness we got back to Germany before all of the troubles with the volcanic ash came about. Slowly we have gotten back into our routine here with school and other everyday activities.

Upon our return to Germany Josef started back to school right away, but Katriana had spring break so she was still on vacation. One of the things she did on her spring break was to learn how to ride a 2-wheeled bike! What a big accomplishment for her!! I am very proud about her reaching this new milestone. She is still a little nervous about it but she is getting better and better each day. It sure felt good to throw away those training wheels!!
