Masquerade Ball

Back before Halloween, Katriana attended a Masquerade Ball for Girl Scouts.  It was just a fun little event for the girls to go to.   The girls were supposed to make hand-made masks and wear a gown.  Katriana's Daisy group all went to the craft shop on post and made masks for the event.  They turned out pretty cute.

Gretchen went to the ball too.

They had some dance music playing and balloons to throw around as well as some snacks.  There was a special chair to sit on for a photo.

Here is Katriana's Daisy Scout troop all fancy with their masks.

The dancing and balloons.

After the Ball, I treated the girls to a treat at our local ice cream shop!  They sure do make cute ice cream treats for kids.  Gretchen had a snowman one.

Katriana had a UFO one.  Yummy!

It was a fun girly afternoon.

Well, that is just too fun! Your GS troop is very creative. We're doing Animal Day next week, we'll have a iguana, kitten and horse.
